We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a part-time Receptionist in Radnor, Pennsylvania. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling a variety of front desk responsibilities. You'll be an integral part of our team, working within the healthcare industry to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties, including welcoming guests and signing visitors in/out

• Respond to incoming calls and redirect them as necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and WebEx Phone System for various tasks

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Maintain and organize files, ensuring all information is up-to-date

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

• Communicate via email professionally, responding to correspondence in a timely manner

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word regularly for various job functions

• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files systematically
