The Role at a Glance

Lincoln National Corporation seeks an Analyst, Business Analysis in Radnor, PA. Consult/analyze/collaborate and deliver on complex Business Analysis assignments/projects. Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Develop and streamline global processes and reporting for preparation of analysis, data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and reporting to key stakeholders across all levels of organization by managing campaign segmentations and integrating data and analytics. Optimize existing Tableau, MicroStrategy dashboards with focus on integrity, usability, performance, flexibility, testability, standardization. Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. Create data visualizations for all analytics deliverables including cohorts, segmentation, and producer profiling. Help set up a Data Integration Layer by consolidating data from multiple data sources ensuring data consistency and data quality by handling basic data cleansing and standardization of data elements. Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business or related quantitative field, and the following experience:

  • 3 years handling market research data and technical skills Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, R, Tableau, and MicroStrategy to analyze and manipulate large sets of complex and technical business data, as well as contribute to predictive model development.

  • 3 years building and optimizing existing Tableau dashboards and MicroStrategy dashboards with focus on integrity, usability, performance, flexibility, testability, standardization that provide KPIs and trends to senior leadership.

  • 3 years building, extracting, combining and delivering complex business data with the use of data warehouses and SQL store procedures for automation and data cleaning, to design reports showing forward looking information.

  • 3 years integrating campaign data using data warehouses, Python, R, SQL, Tableau and MicroStrategy to provide data-driven marketing analytics.

  • 3 years translate business needs into technical and functional designs that can be built using data and business intelligence technologies.

Pay Range: $89,752/year to $120,700

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
