Radford University Full Time Temporary Faculty - Economics in Radford, Virginia

Job Summary:

The Department of Economics in the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University invites applications for the full-time temporary (one-year) position of Instructor or Assistant Professor of Economics for the 2024-2025 academic year. This appointment is subject to receiving final approval from the Provost’s Office. The position involves teaching four undergraduate courses per semester (both face-to-face and online) in the areas of Economics, including of Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Global Economy & Business, and/or elective courses in area of specialty. The Assistant Professor position requires a Ph.D. in Economics. ABD’s will be considered at the Instructor level. Applicants must be a qualified instructor per AACSB requirements as well as the standards of the Davis College of Business and Economics, defined as sustaining currency and relevance through scholarship and related activities.
