JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic welding skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade. This role involves performing welding operations using various techniques while adhering to safety standards and production specifications. Responsibilities: Perform basic welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment. Inspect and ensure welded components meet quality standards. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear. Assist in material preparation, measuring, and cutting as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Drivers License Welding certification or vocational training is a plus. Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools. Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
