JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview Johnson Financial Group is looking for a Treasury and Product Management Intern for the summer of 2025 in Racine! As a Treasury and Product Management Intern, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with clients and gain valuable insight into consultative sales through the treasury management products we offer, while also learning about the product solutions that we deliver to our Business and Consumer clients. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, that will better prepare you for a role in product management or treasury management after graduation. You\'ll have the opportunity to be involved in networking events, community service, and a business challenge project. During this internship you will: Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Portfolio Managers Support daily business operations within the Treasury Management team Perform data analysis on the existing customer base to identify cross-sell opportunities Learn about the core competencies of technical financial solution Product Management Gain exposure to the project management environment, assisting with project coordination tasks Pair with Product Manager(s) to support daily business functions Perform data analysis to aide decision making Learn the value proposition of product solutions and the positioning within the market Interact with partners across the Sales, Information Technology, and Operations organizations Qualifications: Student seeking a degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field Sophomore or Junior preferred Minimum GPA of 3.0 Duration: 10 Weeks Salary: \$18.00/ hour About Us Johnson Financial Group is a privately held, full service financial services company, based in Racine, WI offering expertise in banking & wealth.
