KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Position Specific Responsibilities Provide consultative technical guidance to customers as it relates to scoping, design, installation and configuration of assigned technologies. Oversee day to day operation of technical environments which includes change, release, performance and availability management. Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance. Capacity planning. Maintain documentation of assigned technologies. Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations effectively Participates in the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards. Job Requirements 5 years system engineer experience Ability to assess new technologies and see appropriate fit with JFG. Bachelor\'s Degree preferred. 8+ years IT experience acceptable alternative.
