Robert Half Supply Chain Analyst I in Racine, Wisconsin

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst I in Downtown Chicago. As part of our team, you'll be involved in various supply chain operations, working with SAP and Kinaxis models, and utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills. This role will also require excellent communication abilities and a commitment to working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inventory and case fill end to end.

• Develop feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon via SAP best practices.

• Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize trade-offs across production inventory capacity.

• Maintain compliance with master data ownership.

• Escalate supply/inventory risks to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolution.

• Analyze and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.

• Support the onboarding of new scheduling and planning personnel and provide continuous role documentation updates.

• Participate in monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process.

• Be available for immediate resolution of production questions to ensure lines continue to run.

• Drive continuous improvement while measuring performance against objectives.

Requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to manage data and generate reports.

• Experience with documentation, ensuring all processes are accurately recorded for future reference.

• Demonstrated ability in planning and scheduling to manage supply chain operations efficiently.

• Understanding of policies and compliance requirements within the supply chain sector.

• Expertise in planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and capacity management.

• Familiarity with production and onboarding processes.

• Experience with financial notes and metric reporting.

• Ability to optimize processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Knowledge of best practices within the supply chain logistics sector.

• Ability to work onsite and provide workstation support when necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

• Experience with contracting and negotiations.

• Proficiency in KPI reporting to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
