Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Industrial Engineering to oversee and optimize our manufacturing and repair operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest quality standards in both production and repair processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing and repair processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Repair Operations Management: Oversee the repair operation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Parts Production Operations Management: Oversee the parts production operation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective parts production and refurbishment supporting new spindle and repair spindle sales, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products and repair services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs in both manufacturing and repair operations. Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at process improvements, cost reductions, and capacity expansions in both manufacturing and repair services. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, production, and repair staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
