Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, primarily lathe robotic CNC machines. You will handle raw materials, machine components for in-house assembly, and set up multiple machines for daily operations. Additionally, you will conduct quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathe robotic CNC machines.
Handle raw materials and machine them for in-house assembly.
Set up multiple machines for daily operations and run two machines simultaneously.
Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/operator.
Minimum 2 years of experience performing tool changes and offsets on CNC machinery.
Minimum 2 years of experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality inspections.
Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing blueprints to meet customer specifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC, blueprint reading, lathe operations, and mechanical skills.

Work Environment
The role is ideally for the 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM. The dress code includes jeans/work pants, plain t-shirts/long sleeves/hoodies, and hats are allowed. Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes are required. The production floor is exceptionally clean, and we prioritize safety.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
