The assistant manager is responsible for supporting the restaurant manager such that the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. It is important that the assistant manager ensures the team consistently delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. They are also expected to help the manager with the development and training of the crew. Assisting in the development of the team will in turn further the assistant managers training towards becoming a manager.
