Full-Time SQL Report Developer (Hybrid)
Reports To: IT Manager

The SQL Report Developer works with a small team within the Health Center’s IT department that gathers requirements and generates reports that incorporate data across departmental lines. The team uses clinical data from the electronic health record, financial and HR data, data from external sources. It produces reports in SSRS, Power BI, Excel, PDF and other formats. A major team goal is modifying reports as the enterprise adopts a new EHR, EPIC, in 2025.
The SQL Report Developer is responsible for
Analyze reporting criteria
Database programming
Generate reporting templates
Special programming projects
Software modification
Primary Responsibilities:
Code, update, modify customized application database programs using MSSQL,.NET, C# and other languages
Database reporting using SSRS, Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools
VB, SQL programming/scripting
Data conversion
Program modifications (3rd party databases)
Software modifications
Shared Responsibilities:
Domain client/server maintenance
Enterprise systems planning and rollouts
User support and training
Disaster recovery planning
Backups/Restores
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience with database management, web development, and reporting tools required
Experience with VB, VBScript, Asp.Net, and C#
Experience with Business Intelligence
Experience in healthcare industry
Bilingual in English/Chinese a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $72,000.00 - 80,000.00 per year
