  • Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/hr

    What You Will Be Doing

  • Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls

  • Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and weed whackers.

  • Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs

    How You Will Do It

  • Prune, trim, and remove trees, shrubs, and hedges

  • Trim and pick flowers, and clean flowerbeds.

  • Transport décor throughout the park

  • Water lawns, trees, and plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.

  • Transport team members and equipment to job sites

  • Comply with all Great Escape Resort policies and procedures

  • Assist Guests with general questions as well as any other guest concerns

  • Operate in a safe manner while utilizing proper PPE

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members

  • Follow all delegated tasks assigned by supervisors and/or other members of management

  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

    What You Will Need

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, as well as often lift and carry 50 pounds

  • Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State, and facility labor laws and guidelines

  • Must be a team player
