Job Description

We are seeking experienced Carpenters with 4-8 years of carpentry experience, specifically in finish carpentry. Candidates must be highly safety-conscious and possess their own basic tools (tool belt, hammer, drill, tape). The role involves working on high-rise and penthouse projects throughout the greater Manhattan area, focusing on building and finishing new construction multi-family and mixed-use buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry work on high-end residential projects.

• Execute rough framing and construction labor tasks.

• Hang cabinets and undertake remodeling projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans.

• Work across multiple phases of construction including demo, rough-ins, and finishing carpentry.

Essential Skills

• 4-8 years of carpentry experience.

• Strong experience in finish carpentry.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints.

• Ability to perform rough framing and finish carpentry.

• Possession of basic carpentry tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience running crews.

• Layout experience.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
