Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Carpenters with 4-8 years of carpentry experience, specifically in finish carpentry. Candidates must be highly safety-conscious and possess their own basic tools (tool belt, hammer, drill, tape). The role involves working on high-rise and penthouse projects throughout the greater Manhattan area, focusing on building and finishing new construction multi-family and mixed-use buildings.
Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry work on high-end residential projects.
Execute rough framing and construction labor tasks.
Hang cabinets and undertake remodeling projects.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans.
Work across multiple phases of construction including demo, rough-ins, and finishing carpentry.
Essential Skills
4-8 years of carpentry experience.
Strong experience in finish carpentry.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Ability to perform rough framing and finish carpentry.
Possession of basic carpentry tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience running crews.
Layout experience.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
