As a Test Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a role in ensuring the successful execution of test engineering activities and the delivery of high-quality products within the (EPS) Engines & Power Systems - Test Services group. You will be part of a team that develops and executes test plans, procedures and standards for Turbine Engine programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the testing and validation process to support the development and certification across multiple product lines.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary testing are conducted to validate product performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with other experienced engineers to provide a test experience for our customers that applies best practices to achieve world-class results.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.

  • Support the drive of new concepts, standards, and processes across functional areas.

  • Grow and develop your technical knowledge in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role

WE VALUE

  • Experience working in a test environment.

  • Experience with the testing and certification of Turbine Engines is of value, but not required.

  • Experience with test methodologies and tools

  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

  • Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills.

  • Works well with customers to define requirements and provide support.

  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
