Bluehawk is actively seeking a Mid-level Program Manager (PM) to work primarily at DCSA headquarters, Stafford, VA, and occasionally at regional field office locations as requested by DCSA.

* This position is contingent upon award.*

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the work.

• Attend quarterly meetings with the KO, COR, and other government personnel to review performance.

• Act on behalf of the company for all matters relating to daily operations of the contract.

• Coordinate directly with the COR and Chief of EV.

• Coordinate performance planning, training, targets, and results.

• Consult and coordinate with the COR for any proposed alternate work schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
