Guidehouse Program Coordinator/SME Instructor in Quantico, Virginia

What You Will Do :

  • Assist the client with the coordination of core training programs

  • Provide lesson plan updates, development, redesign, and review in accordance with training model

  • Provide instruction to students and staff, including peer-to-peer training, train the trainer and student instruction or remediation

  • Provide feedback on curriculum through collection of student surveys, observation of training/instructors, and recommendations for areas of improvement or innovation

  • Coordinate the class schedule, including any revisions or unscheduled changes to stakeholders to ensure timely deliverable of training milestones and graduations

  • Provide SME review of related content within their area of expertise

  • Provide timely evaluations of student performance as requested by the client

  • May assist in providing training and SME support to other client core programs and specialized training as requested

  • May assist in providing coordination or coordination training to other client core programs as requested

  • Produces and reviews all documents, correspondence related to the training program they are assigned to support

What You Will Need :

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust

  • Bachelor's degree

  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience in instructing, training coordination or project coordination

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience support DEA

  • Experience managing large teams
