Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – High Volume File Organization Project

Location: Puyallup Washingtion

Duration: Project-Based (Estimated 3-6 months)

Compensation: $21.00-23.00 (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with a high-volume, large-scale file organization project. The role involves extensive data entry, database management, and file organization to support operational needs. This is a critical project that requires speed, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail, maintaining accuracy across large datasets.

  • Organize, categorize, and index both digital and physical files in alignment with project objectives.

  • Review and validate data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.

  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure proper classification and secure organization of sensitive/confidential files.

  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and digital platforms with relevant information while adhering to project timelines.

  • Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate efficient completion of the project.

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in data entry, file organization, or similar administrative roles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data management software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (experience with data management platforms is a plus).

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to process and verify large volumes of information with speed and accuracy.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks within strict deadlines.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and report updates.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive data professionally and securely.

  • Experience with file digitization or electronic records system implementation is a plus.
