- Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons in a friendly, engaging manner, taking drink orders, and answering questions.
- Manage Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that tools and supplies are stocked and sanitary.
- Handle Payments: Process customer payments, including handling cash, credit cards, or tabs.
- Monitor Alcohol Consumption: Ensure responsible alcohol service by observing customers for signs of intoxication and refusing service when necessary.
- Maintain Inventory: Keep track of bar supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Prepare for Service: Set up the bar before opening, including stocking glasses, cleaning surfaces, and preparing garnishes.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all laws and regulations related to alcohol service and hygiene practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
