Dare for BetterThe PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Strategy function plays a critical role in charting the long-term growth and portfolio development of PepsiCo’s North America Beverages sector, a $25B Net Revenue operating unit. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company. To bring fresh and disruptive thinking to the ever-changing macro-environment, PepsiCo has Strategists aligned to each of our Sectors (e.g., PBNA), Global Businesses, and to PepsiCo Corporate. Whether you decide to remain in Strategy or pursue a leadership position in another function, the experience provides incredible possibilities for a dynamic career at PepsiCo.ResponsibilitiesPBNA Strategy teamThe PBNA Strategy team is part of the broader Strategy function and sits within the PepsiCo Beverages North America sector. We have 3 broad responsibilities:* Oversee and execute PBNA’s enterprise-wide Strategic Planning process, for PBNA Sr. Leadership, PepsiCo Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.* Serve as the internal consulting team and business partners to PBNA organization and Sr. Leadership team.* Partner across other Strategy teams and efforts worldwide as applicable.* Provide thought partnership to project leaders and business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.* Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights.* Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills including the ability to challenge the status quo.* Build project deliverables in partnership with project leaders.* Assist in the planning and execution of the Strategic Planning Process.* Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners.* Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends.* Contribute to capability building for the entire Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* 5+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm experience strongly preferred).* BA required (MBA strongly preferred).* Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.* Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks.* Outstanding project management skills.* High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills to educate and influence senior leaders; ability to “manage up”.* Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.* Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands.* Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability statusPepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documentsView PepsiCo EEO Policy
