We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).This Account Supervisor role will support the Senior Associate Account Director, leading the creative development process for several Frito-Lay and/or Quaker brands. We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who is a strategic thinker, responsible for keeping the team organized, being two steps ahead of the client and juggling multiple projects across several brands. The Account Supervisor should be able to wear various hats from concepting, brainstorming, evaluating creative ideas, providing strategic planning, and being the liaison between creative, social and brand teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the ability to anticipate client needs, be a strategic thinker and partner to brand, creative and social leads and deliver completed projects on time. The work will often be on multiple projects (and brands), attention to detail and organizational skills are essential so nothing slips through the cracks. It is imperative that you are detailed-oriented, can anticipate and solve problems, build client trust, and meet stringent deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills along with great communication and presentation skills are important traits for this position. A strong understanding of the advertising industry and social media is also key. We are hiring three Account Supervisor positions. Three of these roles are supporting our Frito-Lay Variety Pack, Macro Snacks, Smartfood, Popcorners, Walmart and Stacy’s BrandsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for brand, creative and social teams and coordinating between these teams to execute projects- Lead execution of paid campaigns inclusive of digital and social components, big idea development, and consumer engagement programs- Ensure creative and social creative delivers strategically on the briefs and brand objectives- Continually build understanding of competitive environment and brand strategies in order to craft strategically-focused programs and recommendations- Manage project flow from client briefing through launch, managing client expectations, creative teams and partner agencies along the way- Manage routing creative for client review, tracking all feedback and ensure all comments are addressed- Strategic thinker capable of helping guide the development of a brand’s strategy, annual plans, and projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients- Continue to build and grow D3/brand relationship, proactively problem-solving, understanding the needs of the brand, and managing up to ensure D3 leadership is looped in on key relationship-building opportunities- Support Senior Creative and Account partners on key production projects including on-site at photo and TVC shoots, pre-production and prost-production projects- Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives - Maintains open and complete communications of client issues with manager and D3 leaders - Manage travel and expenses budget- Support Social Strategists with content creation, community management, timelines, and researchCompensation and Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.- In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree- Experience in CPG is a plus- Minimum 5-6 years advertising agency experiencein a client-facing/account management role within an agency environment- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Zoom- Exceptional management, communication, and diplomacy skills- Managerial skills - experience with managing multiple people, including career development and bandwidth planning - 2+ years of production experience is a plus- Ability to work independently and proactively- Ability to develop trusting working relationship with all internal and external agency partners- Strong consumer empathy and customer-centricity.
