Employer: Old Oaks Country Club, 3100 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY 10577.

Duties: Take beverage orders. Mix and serve drinks. Clean glasses and bar equipment. Keep bar area clean and stocked. May be required to take and serve food orders. Requisition and display liquor and supplies. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed. Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.

Optional employer-provided housing with utilities available at no charge to the worker.

Employer to provide washable uniforms at no cost to the worker.

No education required. No experience required.

Work Days: Days Vary (Mon-Sun), Shifts Vary (7am-11pm), 35 hours/week at $27.91/hour. Overtime at $41.87/hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Most economical and reasonable cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed only if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/daywithout receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
