Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the accounting department at Valley Energy. The ideal candidate for this role has work experience in an administrative position and the desire for flexible working hours. They are also self-motivated and enjoy a team environment with individual responsibilities. The position is part-time, hourly, and all duties must be performed at our office in Purcellville.
Responsibilities
Posting check, credit card, and electronic payments to customer accounts
Preparing monthly reports in Excel
Daily trips to the bank and post office
Record keeping for corporate business licenses
Data entry for payables and inventory
Distributing daily mail
Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency with Google Drive
Ability to learn new technology as needed
2+ Years professional work experience
Strong Attention to Detail
