Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Maintain all aspects of Bean, Oil, and Main Plant in a heavily automated facility. The role requires knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The technician will perform repairs on Mixer/Blenders and be comfortable working at heights and exposed to the elements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of the Bean, Oil, and Main Plant.

  • Perform PLC troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

  • Repair Mixer/Blenders, which may require working at significant heights.

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

  • Work in an environment where you will be exposed to outdoor elements, as the facility doors remain open for truck access.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems.

  • Mechanical skills.

  • Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics.

  • Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.

  • Comfortable working at heights.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior industrial maintenance experience is required.

Work Environment

The facility is heavily automated and requires working with advanced technologies. You will be working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to the elements, as the facility doors are frequently open for truck access. The role may involve working at significant heights to repair equipment. The facility operates under a casual dress code suitable for maintenance work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pulaski, Wisconsin.
