Liberty Latin America Sales Solutions Consultant Retention PR in Puerto Rico

What´s the role?

Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. PreSales engineers) mainly focus on revenue retention.

How can you add value?

  • The sales position monitors expiring customer contracts and supports the account manager to proactively retain revenue. May identify, qualify, and generate sales leads for the sellers they support within a sales team.

  • Engages with Channel Managers to ensure vendor collaboration is taking place for simple renewal efforts.

  • Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required by the regional general manager. This position does not have assigned accounts but rather supports in-region, module sellers in new sales, retention and customer service activities.

  • Uses selling expertise to cross-sell or up sell each account. May act as a support for field sellers’ efforts with their assigned accounts with no individual account ownership or as an independent seller with ownership of a geographic territory or named account list.

  • Implements plans and actions. Contributes to the strategic plan.

  • Duties directly related to making sales includes Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities either at the customers site or at an Liberty Business location, communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solution/sale etc., traveling to and from the customers premise, preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, researching and developing customer solutions with Liberty Business external partners, including design and engineering, and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

  • Other functions may be assigned.

What do you need?

  • 3 to 5 Years Sales experience.

  • University Degree Required.
