POSITION: Operator

DUTIES: * Maintain operation of multiple lines (includes loading of gaskets and packaging) * Must be able to complete all required paperwork on the extrusion line (accurately) * Must be able to manage quality of the product (measurements and identify physical attributes) * Make necessary adjustments on equipment (e.g. belier, printer as needed) * Move unitized and bundled product from work area with weight and document the complete bundles (good and scrap) * Rework rejected product/s as required and instructed * Operate all plant equipment (Forklift, Sweeper) safely and inspect as required * Must be able to help w/start up and shutdown * Adhere JM Policy * Report all safety concerns, production issues to Supervisor. Be part of the solution. * Must be willing to take on additional tasks as assigned * Must adhere to PPE (ear plugs, gloves, safety steel toe shoes, seat belt w/Forklifts) * Must adhere to JM safety policy * Report all incidents and be part of removing hazards * Attend all Toolbox Topics training and safety training assigned to your shifts * Need to see cleaning supplies on their location/s * Must clean up immediately * Workplace must represent an "organized" and "orderly" operation * Come up with ideas on how to organize work area, and be part of

REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Be a role model (attendance, performance and behaviors) * Be positive, Represent positive image of yourselves and the company * Availability to jump in and help * Be accountable (take responsibility for your actions) * All administrative paperwork to be completed with accuracy and on-time * Be part of the solution and not part of the problem

WAGE: * $ 21.00- $30.69 per hour
