Aerotek Journeyman Carpenter in Pueblo West, Colorado

Hiring experienced Commercial Journeyman Carpenters.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities include installing hollow metal doors, metal stud framing, laying out walls, and rough carpentry.

  • Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)

  • 40-50 hours per week

  • First project is a medical facility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience

  • Installation of metal doors and metal stud framing

  • Layout of walls

  • Blueprint reading and interpretation

  • Rough carpentry

Work Site

  • This is a fully on-site position in Pueblo, Colorado.

Work Environment

  • This role primarily involves working on commercial construction sites, starting with a project at a medical center in Pueblo and potentially extending to work at a steel mill.

  • While our projects are mainly located in Pueblo, and occasionally in Springs, Trinidad, Walsenburg, and Denver, we aim to keep candidates local to Pueblo.

  • The position guarantees 40 hours per week with a typical start time of 7 AM and often offers the opportunity for overtime
