System One Customer Service Representative in Pryor, Oklahoma

System One has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Pryor, OK area that is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible and have good organizational skills. The company is looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

  • Entering customer orders efficiently and in a timely manner.

    Compensation:

  • $15-16 per hour

  • Full-time in office
