FirstService Residential Leasing Coordinator in Providence Village, Texas

Job Overview:

The Lease Relations Coordinator is responsible for discovering and tracking all homes for lease in the community and enforcing the Home Lease Policy. This individual will build and foster professional relationships with the owners and managing agents of the rental homes. The Lease Relations Coordinator will support the on-site management office with a variety of administrative initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with the Home Lease Policy, its purpose and rules.
  • Utilize various means to discover homes for rent in the community.
  • Promote and receive home rental registrations.
  • Audit owner off-site mailing addresses to ensure correspondences are received in a timely manner.
  • Develop professional relationships with the owners and the managing agents of rental units. Utilize these relationships to assist in enforcing the Association’s documents.
  • Pay particular attention to rental homes where the Association has documented multiple violations and where resolution is not taking place.
  • Drive your personal vehicle to conduct the business of the Association (mileage is paid at the going rate).
  • Manage theamenityrental process by working directly with owners interested in renting one of the communities’ clubhouses. This involves receiving the necessary paperwork and fees from the ownerand ensuring the area is ready before and after rental.
  • Support the administration office by assisting with phones and administrative tasks when necessary.
  • Could be called upon to support the compliance team.
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education/Training:High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • Qualifications:The qualified candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Customer relationship-development and client retention experience a plus. Must be friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and enjoy working with a variety of people. Must possess strong organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Solid time management skills required. Highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and platform speaking.

Reasoning Development:

  • Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally call for minor deviations. Must be able to think rationally beyond a specific set of instructions.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure, and meet deadlines in a timely manner, to interact/communicate with other associates, residents, visitors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. Compensation : $24.04 - $25.96 / hour
