Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM) Governance reports to the Lead Director of ETPRM. The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide governance framework. This will include helping to evolve the ETPRM policies and standards applicable for the CVS Health Enterprise, oversight of change management activities including communications, collection of business requirements, and partnering with assurance functions to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the maturation and proliferation of the ETPRM governance framework, including policies and standards, to support effective third-party risk management across the Enterprise.

  • Contribute to the maturation of program risk reporting and analytics, including the evolution of risk appetite, key risk indicators, risk aggregation and quantification models at enterprise and business unit levels.

  • Advocate for the ETPRM program and influence operational risk management practices across the organization.

  • Support the development of shared definitions, driving toward alignment of risk management standards, controls, procedure framework, and policy assurance activities.

  • Maintain program standards, controls, procedures, and policy assurance activities.

  • Manage the operation of governance forums at the enterprise and program level, including support of forum materials, tracking of actions, and related administrative activities.

  • Build and lead a high performing team to provide support to program and technology governance, including defining and drafting program-wide process flows, data models, and technology requirements.

  • Lead the continued evolution of the program and be a champion for change.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant risk or assurance experience

  • 4+ years of experience in developing analytics and metrics across multiple data sources

  • 2+ years leadership experience developing and maintaining high performing, collaborative teams

  • Experience with establishing and managing policies, standards, controls and procedures

  • Proven written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate complex information at multiple levels of the organization

  • Effective relationship building skills with a collaborative, team first, change agent mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in risk management programs within the healthcare industry

  • Experience designing and maturing enterprise governance programs and assurance capabilities

  • Experience with risk appetite, risk aggregation, risk quantification methodologies

  • Experience with a GRC solution (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Aravo)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
