Brown University Research Assistant in Providence, Rhode Island

Job Description:

The Research Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of research studies including managing communications between research staff and participants, data acquisition and analysis, and overseeing workflow of the projects

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience or relevant field and 1 to 2 research years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lived experience will be considered for peer-based research studies.

Job Competencies

A competitive candidate is hard-working, diligent, able to multi-task and can delegate work based on priority. This person must possess a strong understanding of conducting biomedical clinical research.

The candidate must be able to engage with all types of individuals and possess a positive and kind spirit along with respect for the population with whom the research is conducted.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position is in person only.

This is a fixed term position with an end date June 31, 2026 which may be extended based upon available funding .
