Dunkin' Recruiter & Marketing Coordinator Providence, Rhode Island

Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and growth-oriented Recruiter & Marketing Coordinator to drive our recruitment efforts, foster a vibrant team culture, and strengthen our brand presence. This role will be pivotal in shaping both our internal and external communications, ensuring that our values and mission resonate across all platforms and with potential hires.

Essential Functions

HR & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and HR functions as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

  • Maintain employee records and information (both paper and electronic) with a high level of confidentiality.

  • Respond to employee verification requests and verification letters.

  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.

  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure required documents are collected and properly filed.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee the full recruiting cycle.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive hiring process.

  • Provide customer service support by answering employee inquiries related to standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes. Refer complex inquiries to Director of HR.

  • Develop relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and community groups to expand our recruiting channels and promote our employer brand.

Marketing & Brand Engagement:

  • Organize internal team events and community outreach initiatives to boost team morale and reinforce our company’s community impact.

  • Oversee the budget for marketing, donations, and community engagement, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Develop and maintain the company’s voice across internal communications and social media platforms, reflecting our culture and mission to potential hires, clients, and the broader community.

Typical Physical Demands: The employee works in an office setting and is regularly required to type, file, or lift office supplies up to 30 pounds. The employee may be required to, bend, kneel, stoop, sit or stand on a frequent basis and for extended periods of time.

Special Requirements:

  • Must have a valid state driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

  • Must be willing to work an average of 40 hours per week.

  • Must be willing to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

  • Associates degree in HR, Business Management or 2 years related experience.

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English.

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging job postings, social media content, blog posts, and newsletters that reflect the company's voice and values.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong skills in design and content creation using Canva.

  • Experience with WordPress for website management and content updates.

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms, particularly Hootsuite.

Position Type:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Travel: Local travel to various store locations may be required at times.
