About the Role: As a Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Providence branch, responsible for developing and executing business plans to attract new clients, nurture existing relationships, and enhance profitability. You'll oversee market sales plans, recruitment strategies, budget management, and P&L oversight. Your role will also involve recruiting, training, managing, and developing top talent within your team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow & Retain Accounts: Develop strategies to expand and retain client accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and manage client relationships.

  • Client & Team Management: Lead your team to meet performance metrics, coach and mentor recruiters, and implement cost-effective procedures.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the branch's P&L, establish budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims.

  • Strategic Planning: Conduct business reviews, stay informed on industry trends, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

About You:

  • Experience & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in direct sales and 1 year in supervisory roles. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and knowledge of labor laws are essential.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a team, set priorities, and deliver results.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Pay Details: $61,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
