Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of accounts payable checks.

• Respond to vendor inquiries, resolving payment issues with efficiency.

• Maintain organized records, including invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.

• Process voucher uploads in PeopleSoft, identifying and correcting any errors.

• Verify check accuracy and swiftly address discrepancies.

• Provide prompt, professional responses to employee inquiries regarding expense vouchers and payments.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency with computer systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dependability.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
