Qualifications and skills:- High School Education or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Demonstrated 3-5 years of hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics, consistently improving operational efficiency in similar roles.- Track record of ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, minimizing risks and maintaining a safe working environment.- Proven success in leading and motivating teams to exceed performance goals, driving both productivity and morale.- Preference given to those with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence through continuous process improvement. - Certification as a Forklift Operation Instructor preferred, demonstrating advanced operational skills and the ability to train others effectively.- Proven expertise in utilizing inventory management systems and warehouse management software to streamline operations and reduce errors.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects are complete on time and within scope.- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions, ensuring seamless operations even under pressure.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively fostering collaboration and maintaining positive relationships across teams.. - Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.‍HANDLE Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets, committed to valuing and promoting diversity.
