The Senior Sales Account Coordinator on our new business group is both a team player and a driven individual contributor. They are responsible for project managing multiple accounts and being the strong liaison between their account manager, evaluator, customer care and labs. They are pivotal to assuring the account runs smoothly by managing all steps of the project from new client onboarding to process orders once business is won. We are a looking for a Senior Sales Account Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude as they the cornerstone of our high functioning team!

Your key responsibilities
Ensure smooth and strong communication across all departments by working closely with Sales, FDM's, technical, sampling, marketing, application labs, perfumery & the client.
Leverage resources efficiently & effectively against targeted projects to increase success rates.
Follow the flow of briefs from start to finish so that all needs of the client and brief are met on time. This includes: Receiving all briefs, either directly from customer or indirectly through commercial team. Discuss time-lines, participants, resource teams & pricing/potentials with Account Managers (ACM).
Ensure that necessary safety and technical documentation, presentations, and any other client documentation meets the brief requirements, and is submitted on time.
Initiate stabilities, ensuring that the tests are conducted and reported on time and read at correct intervals.
Drive/execute projects including initiating stability testing, ensuring that oils and samples are sent on time, entering submissions for briefs, entering Supply Chain notices into Atlas, and enter/maintain price files. Schedule and prepare visitor agendas and arrange client meetings.

You bring:
Ability to multi-task, solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
Detail oriented, with a high level of organization skills. Strong ability to work with data
Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office suite and working with complex computer systems
Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
