Kelly Services Senior HR Generalist in Princeton, New Jersey

Summary:

Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this key role, you will partner with senior business leaders and managers across the division to oversee comprehensive people management processes, driving business success through performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, organizational design, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to manage end-to-end people processes.

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resource office.

  • Policy Implementation: Administer and implement HR policies and programs.

  • Functional Management: Manage areas including departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

  • Culture Building: Lead HR practices and objectives to foster an employee-oriented, high performance culture focused on empowerment, quality, and productivity.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate services, policies, and programs through HR staff.

  • Advisory Role: Report to the HR Director and assist company leads with HR issues.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: 7+ years in Human Resources.

  • Skills: Proven experience in performance management, talent management, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
