Description

We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to manage recruitment processes, maintain efficient communication and use various systems. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Applicant Track System to manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.

• Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates to ensure their suitability for the roles.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with applicants, providing them with updates on their application status.

• Implement CRM strategies to improve relationships with potential candidates.

• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

• Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM

• Familiarity with Applicant Track System

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Excellent Communication skills

• Previous experience in Recruiting
