The Business Insights Analyst will focus on efforts directed to generating insights and recommended improvements supported by data.

These insights will span the company by synthesizing and interpreting combinations of internal and external data sources to benefit strategic

business efforts, functional centers of excellence, and company-wide initiatives. Analyst will also identify internal and external trends and areas

for efficiencies, providing strategic guidance based on data-driven decisions. The position will be an integral component of the Global Mobility Solutions Team.

We are seeking an energetic, organized and detail-focused individual to manage the day-to-day analytics that drive growth to our business.

• Data Analysis : Leverage internal and external data sources to generate insights and recommendations for improvementsto how ETS is and can be conducting business.

• Market Trends : Identify and analyze external market trends to inform internal strategic decision-making.

• Efficiency Identification : Discover areas for efficiencies within the organization and propose data-driven solutions.

• Strategic Guidance : Provide strategic guidance to various departments based on insights derived from data analysis.

• Stakeholder Management : Work with stakeholders to ensure insight outcomes and recommendations are relevant, understood,useful, feasible, executable, impactful, and aligned to the strategic vision.

• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attentionto detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable way.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.

• Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

• Critical thinker but with sense of urgency and bias for action

• Good listener who can glean value from differing viewpoints

• Ability to process differing ambiguous data and synthesize value metrics

• Capable of working within cross-functional/multi-functional matrix organization

• Ability to mentor, lead and manage diverse cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to manage priorities and maintain integrity in fast-paced challenging environment

• Strong credibility, candor and good ability to speak directly even when posing dissenting viewpoint

• Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Strong proficiency in MS Office business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in business, statistics, finance or related field.

• At least 5+ years of prior professional work experience

• Previous experience in one or more of the following: Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistical Analysis
