Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Princeton, Indiana

Job Duties:

The team ensures it meets specifications and has the tooling and components it needs including the spare parts. The selected candidate will be evaluating the parts needed for the equipment and will be working with the client's procurement to ensure they have the parts they need for the equipment and production.

There are a dozen new pieces of equipment to support the grand highlander and with each piece of equipment there are over 100 different parts. Then there is smaller more complex equipment that also have extensive spare parts list. There is always new and old equipment requiring evaluation of new parts.

  • Review and understand the Bill of Materials and Spare Parts List

  • Partake in ordering of new parts for that equipment

  • Will be reviewing current equipment and identifying replacements for those parts.

Must Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree

  • Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, Microsoft, CAMEO, Database Knowledge (Any of those)

  • Experience working in manufacturing industry
