Customer Service Representative/Scheduler Dispatcher Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills & phone presence with care and compassion
  • Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft specifically Excel & Word
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
  • Possesses proficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Team player- strives to build a cohesive, collaborative & goal oriented team
  • General knowledge of surrounding area (50-mile radius of Powers, MI)

Customer Service Representative/Scheduler Dispatcher Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent Quality Water Specialists at all times
  • Respectfully interact with other team members and customers via phone calls, texts, emails and walk-in traffic
  • Manage & navigate a web based service program for water treatment industry (training provided)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

Scheduling and Dispatching:

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers
  • Dispatch service personnel to customer locations, ensuring optimal use of resources
  • Monitor and track the status of service appointments and update customers as necessary

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
  • Prepare and process service-related documents and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery
