This position is 100% onsite at our Poway, CA office.

The compensation for this position is $35-$40 hourly.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

Position Summary:

The primary functions of this position is to perform the procedures involved with assembly of microelectronics using advanced die attach, and wire bonding equipment. Working in a team environment, to achieve company shipping goals

Key Position Accountabilities:

  • Performs equipment setup and operation of Die Attach on highly complex products using advanced die attach equipment.

  • Performs equipment setup and operation of Wire Bonding on highly complex products using advanced wire bond equipment.

  • Performs equipment setup and operation of wire bond pull on highly complex products using advanced wire bond pull test equipment.

  • Cross training to other job functions as required.

  • Coordinates work assignments with supervisors to meet department schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Technical, vocational training preferred.

  • 5-10 years relevant work experience preferred.

  • Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
