We are a leading plastic fabrication company located in the Poway area, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to play a crucial role in our production process. In this position, you will operate and maintain advanced machinery, ensuring the efficient and precise fabrication of plastic components.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Prepare and set up machines for production runs, including adjusting controls and ensuring proper settings.

• Monitoring Production: Continuously monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and producing quality products.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications; perform regular quality checks throughout the production process.

• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to minimize downtime.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered during operation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

• Training: Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

• Material Handling: Manage the handling and storage of raw materials and finished products, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruption.
