Job Details for Packing Associate/Quality Packer : •    Schedule: 10:50pm - 7:10am  •    Pay Rate: $18.27  Job Responsibilities & Description for Packing Associate/Quality Packer : •    Able to read digital calipers, dial calipers, and tape measures. •    Able to demonstrate attention to detail, follow policies and procedures. •    Able to learn and use a computer at a basic level •    Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment •    Demonstrate willingness to learn and advance  •    Follow oral and written instructions •    Able to accurately count and record data. •    Ability & desire to work in a team-based environment where decision making is at team level •    Able to recognize and take action upon what needs to be done with little to no supervision •    Motivated to increase skills and progress  •    Interested in company results •    Treat people with respect •    Open to new ideas and welcome change •    Commitment to working safely  •    Able to apply team feedback to improve work performance •    Prompt and consistent attendance •    Appropriately asks for and offers help •    Able to quickly and accurately compare visual color and pattern of products to quality control standards
