What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for the staging, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking and issuing of new and returned peripheral equipment and packaging. Works with warehouse technicians to resolve all converter and modem staging problems encountered in the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

Distributes Customer Premise Equipment and other equipment to technicians

Maintains inventory tracking of Customer Premise Equipment and other equipment, monitor minimum levels

Checks incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy

Sets up shipping/process receiving for all types of self-fulfillment products offered to customer.

Operates a forklift as required and monitors other employees using lift units safely.

Transports equipment to or from other company locations and picks up and/or delivers to or from vendors as needed

Ensures Warehouse Specialists are maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the Network Operations Center to resolve provisioning challenges with customer premise equipment

Use billing system accurately, performing transactions and track the movement of Customer Premise Equipment in the warehouse

Understand and perform cycle counting of all inventory by location

Reconcile the converter and modem CSG inventories with appropriate billing systems on a weekly basis

Resolve all CPE and equipment issues with the technicians

Monitor the production of the warehouse and re-allocate resources as needed to meet production requirements

Manage open purchase orders and communicate with vendors

Coordinate the fulfillment of all equipment and stock needs of our partners and act as the main contact for those partners

Trains and mentors warehouse employees

Assist the Warehouse Manager with special projects

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Experience/Skills Needed:

3-4 years light industrial or material control experience preferred.

Computer Skills :

Basic computer skills including e-mail required, MSOffice skills are preferred. Individual must be able to learn specific program requirements for inventory and database maintenance.

employee generally works in warehouse and indoor office environments but occasionally works out of doors, in all types of weather and on uneven terrain

overtime may be required
