Summary of Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable breakfast experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Responsibilities to include:

• Set up breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging tables, chairs, and food stations

• Prepare and replenish breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, cereal, pastries, fruits, and other food items

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with any or special requests

• Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment

• Monitor food levels and communicate with staff o ensure a continuous supply of fresh food items

• Follow all safety and health regulations while handle food and beverages

  Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is preferred but not required

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
