Cardiac experience necessary

Partners with cardiovascular physicians, APCs and staff to coordinate structural heart patients through their entire experience, to ensure great outcomes, timely care and registry requirements are met. Gathers quality data to monitor and share, as well as track process improvement initiatives for interventional cardiovascular programs. ​

• Oversee, coordinate, and assist structural heart patients in navigating through entire experience.

• Provide clinical and administrative support to care team, including but not limited to implanting physicians, referring physicians and APCs, cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff associated with the structural heart program.

• Maintain excellent working relationships with device representatives and referring providers.

• Coordinate procedure day with all parties involved to include external entities as necessary.

• Organize and facilitate multidisciplinary valve conference.

• Ensure documentation complies with registry requirements.

• Participate in meetings relevant to structural heart.

• Maintain database of structural heart referrals to assess timeliness of access to care.

• Monitor, distribute and discuss quality metrics associated with interventional cardiovascular programs, to include managing quality improvement projects.
