Job Title: Janitor

Job Description

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.

  • Dispose of waste and clean bathrooms.

  • Oversee the cleaning of the entire warehouse.

  • Clean offices and ensure all areas are sanitized and tidy.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience performing janitorial duties.

  • Shop experience or industrial cleaning experience.

  • Reliability and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Custodial experience in a shop or industrial setting.

  • Experience with general labor, vacuuming, sanitizing, production, dusting, facility maintenance, floor care, and clean-up.

Shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portsmouth, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
