Robert Half Service Delivery Manager in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Description

We are in search of a Service Delivery Manager to join a growing team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is integral to our operations as it involves leading teams responsible for various functions such as Help Desk support, network monitoring, project management, and incident escalation. This role is particularly suited for those who have experience in the Managed Service Provider industry and are adept at handling customer inquiries and maintaining customer records with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Help Desk support team to ensure prompt and effective customer service.

• Managing network monitoring activities to maintain optimal system performance.

• Leading project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

• Handling incident escalation processes to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Utilizing tools such as 'ConnectWise', 'Microsoft', 'Juniper', and 'Microsoft Azure' to streamline service delivery processes.

• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Taking appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Service Delivery Manager or a similar role in Information Technology

• Proficiency in using ConnectWise, Microsoft, Juniper, and Microsoft Azure

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations best practices

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple project phases concurrently

• Proven track record in managing external and internal stakeholders

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
