Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. As a Legal Assistant, you will be primarily tasked with document management, client intake, and other administrative duties in a legal setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Word to create, edit and manage legal documents

• Organize and maintain legal files and documents ensuring they are updated and readily accessible

• Handle client intake process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded

• Perform receptionist duties, managing incoming calls and directing them to appropriate parties

• Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines

• Resolve client inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Requirements • Proficiency in Calendar Management is essential

• Must demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Word

• Experience in Client Intake is required

• Ability to perform Receptionist Duties effectively is necessary
