Note: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours prior experience with framing deckst

• Measure, mark, and cut lumber Assemble wall panels and roof trusses

• Erect scaffolding or other temporary structures

• Read and interpret blueprints or sketches

• Put up sheathing and roofing materials

• Perform repairs on existing framework structures

• Analyze construction plans to identify potential structural problems

• Examine building materials to identify any defects

 Qualifications:

• Be at least 21+ years of age OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the residential field required

• Prior experience using hand tools required

• Position may require a drug screen
